The Protege menu is only seen on Apple Mac OS X systems. This menu is used to control the overall behavior of the Protege program.

Display information about the installed version of Protege 4.

Preferences (Cmd-,)
Display (and optionally, edit) Protege 4's preferences.

Services >
Display a list of Mac OS X Services; optionally, select one to run under Protege.

Hide Protege (Cmd-H)
Hide all of Protege 4's windows.
Hide Others (Opt-Cmd-H)
Hide all but Protege 4's windows.
Show All
Show all application windows.

Quit Protege (Cmd-Q)
Quit the Protege application.
