This view allows display and editing of annotations for an ontology.
Context
By default, this view appears in the following tabs:
- Active Ontology, in the "Annotations" sub-tab
Content and Layout
The external header begins with the text "Ontology annotations". The internal header begins with the text "Annotations", followed by an "Add" (+) button (to add an annotation to the ontology).
Zero or more annotations may follow. Each annotation will contain a header and some amount of annotation text. The header text (eg, comment) will be followed by two buttons: Remove and Edit.
Examples
The image below was displayed by the Active Ontology tab of the Pizza Ontology. It shows three versionInfo annotations (two of which are flagged as English) and one English comment annotation.
