This View allows display and editing of annotations for an annotation property.
Content and Layout
The external header begins with the text "Annotations", followed by the name of the selected annotation property. The internal header begins with the text "Annotations", followed by an "Add" (+) button (to add an annotation).
Zero or more annotations may follow. Each annotation will contain a header and some amount of annotation text. The header text (eg, comment) will be followed by two buttons: Remove and Edit.

- Classes, in the "Annotations" sub-tab
