I am working in the product and solutions development team of a Software services organization.Have a little less thab 24 years experience, begining as process automation engineer in manufacturing and steel plant automation, moving on to OSS/BSS systems due to strange play of fate and now for the past 11+ years in managing delivery from offshore in Enterprise apps in CRM, Master Data Management and Business Process Management areas. Moved into a new role to identify ideas for product development in enterprise apps. This interest in Protege initially stemmed from a keen interest in organizing subjects specific to a domain, further nurtured by a need to build a case management solution that would determine related cases from a hierarchy of subjects specific to a domain.
