Martin O'Connor is a research sfotware developed at Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Researech (BMIR). He is technical lead on the CEDAR project. CEDAR aims to provide a unified framework that researchers in all scientific disciplines can use to create consistent, easily searchable metadata. He also wrote the SWRLAPI, a development environment for working with SWRL rules and SQWRL queries.
