Matthew Maher Mr. Maher provides unique blend of technical and operational experience in Network Engineering, Project Management and Tactical Operation Networking design from his successful careers with the U.S Army and in the private sector. Mr. Maher has benefited from the experienced gained by a mix of assignments that ranged from a Special Operations Officer, a Signal Company Commander, Battle Captain running the Theater Network Operations and Security Center for OIF/OEF.
