Josef Hardi is a software engineer at the Stanford Center for BioMedical Informatics Research (BMIR) working for the Protégé project. I am specialized in Java application and API design. My prior work focused on data analysis using Social Network Analysis and Statistics. I have a research-based experience in Knowledge-Base Representation, Domain Model and Databases.

I have an open-source project called Semantika. The project promises a robust, high-performance RDB2RDF connector for constructing an intuitive query service over database system. The product is licensed under Apache License 2.0 and the source code is available via Github.
