Grew up in PGH, PA. Schooled at UMASS Lowell and Penn State. worked at Westinghouse Electric as mech e. Came to DC in '86. Took 2 courses at NOVA Community College now i r an IT xpert. :) seriously, studied information technology and analysis of software systems and am a SW analyst working related to administrative, Operations REsearch, and Wargaming applications. Using Protege to make an ontlogy for tasks and routes and parameters for a wargame to enable changing the tasks to suite analysis of excursions.
