Physics PhD student at IFSC/USP (Brazil), working with complex networks and natural language processing (mainly). In applying such knowledge, i have come across the need to make an ontology for e-government. I am working with Dr. Dilvan Moreira, from ICMC/USP, as my teacher in web semantics and adviser for this research.
