I am an information architect at the Belastingdienst (IRS) in the Netherlands. I am trying to create interoperability (reuse data for another purpose). I am looking at Linked Data because it has an Open World Assumption and it considers that Anybody can say Anything about Anything. I would like an environment where a community can come to consensus about the meaning of a certain term in a certain context. Of course a wiki would do fine. However, wiki's are not very strong in providing an RDF-interface (RDF-endpoint). Could webprotegé do the job?
