Software engineer with experience in network biology, linked open data and data science. My interest is in making it easier for non-technical users to answer questions from large datasets. This can happen from the content-generation side, with tools to make it as easy as possible to annotate data, as well as the content-consumption side, with tools to allow users to specify complex queries without requiring extensive knowledge of technologies like SPARQL.
