OWLViz
I keep getting a "DOT" error when opening OWLViz. What do I do?
This is the single most asked question about Protege-OWL.
Normally the error is something like:
An error related to DOT has occured. This error was probably because Owlviz could not find the DOT application. Please ensure that the path of the DOT application is set properly.
Or, more recently the slightly more helpful:
A DOT error has occurred. This is probably because OWLViz could not find the DOT application.
OWLViz requires that Graphviz (http://www.graphviz.org/) is installed and the path to the DOT application is set properly (in options).
