Protege.properties

This file is empty prior to the first execution of Protege. It is modified at runtime if it is empty. It also appears to be overwritten if manually changed. To get Ontoviz to work on my Windows box, I had to modify my directory structure to match the path in my protege.properties file. Modifying the path did no good.
