Riku is a PhD student with the UKZN - CSIR Centre for Artificial Intelligence Research (CAIR). His research focusses on mapping OWL ontologies to hypergraphs and using well known graph algorithms to solve DL reasoning tasks. He is also a senior lecturer at the University of South Africa (UNISA) where he teaches Formal Logic.
