OWL2Query is a conjunctive query and metaquery engine (for SPARQL-DL and negation as failure) and visualization plugin for Protege. It allows to formulate queries using SPARQL, or intuitive graph-based syntax and evaluate them using any OWLAPI-compliant reasoner.
