Wiki Migration State
From 2004 through mid 2007, the Protege wiki was hosted by Peter Yim at CIM3 Engineering [1]. In late 2007, we decided to migrate to an installation of Semantic MediaWiki hosted here at Stanford [2]. Unfortunately, we don't have the staff to migrate all of the 280+ pages in one fell swoop. As such, the process of migrating from the old wiki to the new wiki is ongoing. This page is intended to be used by internal staff to keep track of the state of the migration.

Stanford plug-in pages too old to migrate
The old wiki had links in the plug-in library to the following plug-ins that were developed at Stanford. I decided not to add links to these plug-ins on the new wiki because they are outdated. I'm listing the plug-ins that didn't get migrated here so that we can at least keep a fairly complete historical record of the plug-ins that were developed for the Protege platform.
- Project Browser
- Helps manage libraries of Protege projects. Still accessible from the Protege website:

Non-Stanford plug-in pages that were not migrated
The old wiki had links in the plug-in library to the following plug-ins that were developed outside of Stanford. I decided not to add links to these plug-ins on the new wiki because they are outdated. I'm listing the plug-ins that didn't get migrated here so that we can at least keep a fairly complete historical record of the plug-ins that were developed for the Protege platform.
- OBO Import Tab
- Last update of this plug-in was in 2005. Information about the plug-in is still available on the University of Washington website in the following directory:

- The Eligibility Screening Tab
- Work on this plug-in stopped in 2000. Information about this plug-in, as well as the binary and source distributions, are still available on the University of Washington website in the following directory:
