Pavel Klinov is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Ulm, Germany. He is a developer of the ELK reasoner for OWL 2 EL. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Manchester UK. Previously he was a research scientist at Clark & Parsia (working on the RDF DB Stardog), USA and the University of Arizona, Tucson, USA (working on ontology modularity for scalable semantic web service discovery and invocation).
