He did a Master in Artificial Intelligence from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. <br /> Since 2012, he actively participated in several W3C working groups: W3C Data On the Web Best Practices Working Group , W3C Locations and Addresses Community Group , W3C Government Linked Data Working Group (GLD). He was also a key participant of the DATALIFT project and a key contributor to the LOV project (Linked open Vocabularies), where he is one of the administrator.</div>
