The external header begins with the text "Annotations",<br />
followed by the name of the selected datatype.<br />
The internal header begins with the text "Annotations",<br />
followed by an "Add" (+) button (to add an annotation).<br />

Zero or more annotations may follow.<br />
Each annotation will contain a header and some amount of annotation text.<br />
The header text (eg, comment) will be followed by two buttons: Remove and Edit.<br />
