to the computer's persistent storage (eg, disk files).
Specify a new name for the ontology.

==== Gather ontologies... (Shift-Ctrl-G) ====

Save all open ontologies in a single folder (ie, directory)
on the computer's persistent storage (eg, disk).
This is useful for ontologies that have been opened
from the web or from other libraries.

==== Export inferred axioms as ontology... ====

After classification, save the inferred hierarchy as an ontology
on the computer's persistent storage (eg, disk).
The current ontology source files are unaffected
and the save status of any open ontologies is preserved.

Manage the persistent storage locations (eg, disk files)
